How to Proceed with making a Claim

In the case of needing to make a claim please contact us first.


We will advise you initially if your policy covers the incident that you wish to claim for.


We will then either send you a claim form or as in most cases now provide you with the telephone number of your claims office. Please see our 'Contact Us' page for our details.


Motor Claims - You are required to notify a motor accident within 24-48 hours of the incident.  You will find the telephone number on your schedule or policy wording.  The insurers should have a 24 hour 365 day claims phone line.


Household Claims - You policy does not cover you for anything relating to 'wear and tear'.  Your home should be in good repair, roof tiles checked and repaired, guttering should be adequate and kept clear of debris.
